Thought Provoking Article
A friend emailed me a link to this article. basically it's questioning how tolerant the public should be in regards to our Autistic children and their less than desireable antics. I'm stuck in a weird place, having read it, somewhere between taking offense and agreeing. I know Jaymes bugs others in public... But then, the old people at Walmart bother me, and god forbid I ever voiced my frustration with them... I dunno, what do you guys think? Read it and leave me your thoughts.

Weeeelllll there are so many damn obnoxious children (and adults) that have the full capability to behave, yet choose not to, that I think you should get a hell of a lot of leeway when you have legitimate behavior problems that are not a matter of choice. I think the hardest part must be that people won't understand that it is not a choice.
And if they bitch about it, too damn bad!
Seriously, do you REALLY have to take up the entire aisle to chat on the phone? Do you children HAVE to steal candy and eat it WHILE YOU WATCH? I think not!
